NEEDED – FAMILY DIRECTORY MANAGER

DUTIES: Maintain database for the Family Directory. Create PDF to email out to parents the first week of October. Experience with databases or MailChimp helpful, but not necessary. The database needs to be updated in June, before new kindergarden parents sign up. The bulk of the time spent working on the FD is in September and the 1st week of October.

FILLED – UNIFORM EXCHANGE COORDINATOR

Duties: Set up and run uniform exchanges quarterly. This person can store uniforms in between exchanges, wash uniforms if necessary and bring tables on exchange days.
